Salon policies

To secure all appointments, a non refundable $50.00 booking deposit must be paid in advance. This will come off the total amount of your treatment.  

Please arrive for your appointment on time.  Arriving late will only shorten the scheduled treatment.

If there is a need to cancel, reschedule or reduce an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours is required. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your $50 non-refundable deposit. If this occurs, 50% of the total treatment must be paid when rebooking. This is non-refundable. Gift vouchers will automatically be void. No shows will also fall under this policy.
